1. Warranty

• All our skateboards come with a 12-month warranty (from the date of purchase).

• Warranty covers motor, battery, controller, and charger.

• Parts like wheels, belts, deck and bearings are considered wear items and not included in standard warranty.

• All parts warranty without human caused damage. 

2. Repair & Replacement

• If you find any problem during normal use, contact us right away with photos or videos.

• Our team will check and guide you with easy fixes.

• If parts are faulty, we will send free replacement parts but not including shipping cost during the warranty period.

• If repairs are needed, we provide detailed guidance or factory repair options.

3. After Warranty Support

• Even after the warranty, we keep providing technical support.

• Replacement parts are available at a fair price.

• We aim to keep your board running for years.
